About: Atta Girl is our love!
She is precious, absolutely
funny, comical girl. She has
worked in a local elementary
school for several years a
motivational companion and
therapy dog. She has been a
great companion to many
children needing extra help.
She she wasn't working she
was he crazy girl we loved!
Her favorite thing to do was
to hide rolls of toilette tissue
then have you chase her
trying to get them back. We
often were woke up in the
night by the heat of her
laying on us. She fatefully
woke our daughter every
morning by digging the
covvers off of her and licking
and nudging her in the face.
Atta Girl is a compassionate
and loyal girl sticking by the
side of the person who needs
her most. She amazed me
every day with her
unconditional love. With
great sadness she was spayed
on 02/09. She is ready for a
new life. She was never just a
dog, she was our best friend
and the family member that
we will always love.
Atta is a wonderful dog. She
is trained and certified as a
Therapy Dog. Her specialty is
working with children. Atta
has a full time job at a local
elementary school. She
works with the schools
councilor helping children in
need of a good friend and
listener; she is a reward to
students in the speech
pathology program and
learning disabled. Atta
spends most of her day at the
school with the kindergarten
and early education classes.
She is also and excellent
reading partner to many first
graders.
Atta's summer time jobs
include working with the Red
Cross, The Indianapolis
Children's Museum, inner
city outreach programs
teaching young children to
read and local nursing homes
